About the Role

Frame.com is a new and growing fast-paced, innovative online custom framing startup based in New York City. We are revolutionizing the custom framing experience by combining it with the ease of online ordering, affordable pricing, and a fine selection of custom-made frames that will be delivered to the customer's door.

Frame.com is seeking a Logistics Manager who will be responsible for the operations and strategic direction of transportation and distribution of our shipped product. Logistics Manager will be responsible for all day to day analysis and reporting functions for the Logistics Team as well as data and analytical support for strategic department initiatives and project management. Logistics Manager will also support various administrative and strategic functions for the team.

This is a full-time position. We need applicants to start immediately.

Job Responsibilities

  • Monitors forecasted and actual volumes throughout the supply chain from origin to final delivery.
  • Coordinates pickup schedules for all shipments.
  • Tracks progress of shipments in transit.
  • Manage shipping schedules for approved returns.
  • Work with customer service department to address customer needs and improve customer satisfaction with flawless delivery of our product.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree required (or equivalent work experience)
  • 3+ years of relevant industry experience
  • Supply chain, especially ecommerce, experience a plus
  • Self-starter with good judgment and can proactively manage up where appropriate
  • Accountable for results, strives to meet and exceed expectations
  • Time management/prioritization and follow-up skills
  • Highly organized and detail oriented
  • Strong written, verbal and presentation skills
  • Must demonstrate critical thinking and analytical skills.
